I put on my Christmas stillen rear sway bar today (already did front). I learned the hard way that the 65-80 ft-lb torque spec they listed for the sway bar brackets was dead ass wrong. Should be ~40ft-lb. Anyway, one bolt hole needs repair as it just doesn’t tighten much. All the others managed to torque to spec ok (2 feel a little soft so may need to do them too).
My questions are: what are my options? Is there enough meat on these holes to retap to M12 or helicoil? Is the access to just put a nut in the backside?
