Subject	Head Light Issue

Message	Sometime my driver side headlight won't come on. It used to be very infrequent but now it won't turn on at all. Bulb is fine, I checked it on the other side. I'm guessing whatever these square boxes are, are dead. Would anyone know what this is and where I could get it or if there is a way to test it? There' not much information on it. They are xenon hid bulbs. The passenger side makes kind of a buzzing sound when the lights are on. Silent on the driver side.
