Message	Hi All, I'm new to the Z32/VG30 platform, and I'm currently trying to replace the oil pan while I have the engine out of the car. I have everything ready to go, but the front half moon seal that goes around the oil pump appear about 1cm too short to meet the flat surface of the block. Is this normal? It's an OEM seal from Z1, and if I compare it to the old seal, they look the same except the old seal appears stretched in this area. Wondering if I should bite the bullet and order a new one just in case or just slather that part of the pan in RTV and install it anyway.
