Subject	New everything won't start

Message	Hi so after 1 year just rebuild my engine with turbos injectors ECU harness etc . But now i can't get it to crank to flush the gas lines, i can get it to crank if i touch the starter directly from power to the solenoid, but not with the key even after bypassing the starter relay. Also I can't get gas to go to the fuel filter line to flush the lines i was able to hear the fuel pump, but now i can't hear it , I can hear the fuel pump relay, and also checked the fuel relay link and it is good I'm trying to flush the lines before I connect the ptu or connect the fuel line to the fuel filter, cas and everything else is connected. Any help will be helpful, what should I troubleshooting next what needs to be connected in order for to get crank or fuel. Thanks in advance
