Subject	Where to start?

Message	So I had a major radiator failure so I ordered new radiator and hoses. While that was out, I replaced all 3 belts (PS,Alt,WP) and also deleted carbon canister. Now that its all back together, the car wont idle. It will start and run rough for about 30-45 seconds and then cut off. I did cap off the vacuum lines after removing the carbon canister and the belts dont seem to be the problem. No leaking from radiator so Im not sure where to start?
