Aftermarket regulator will be needed. I run a single 485 with the FPCU bypassed, Tomei FPR, fuel damper deleted, stock size lines (Gates barricade), stock fuel rail. Reliable 620 WHP, zero fueling issues. This is how Specialty Z told me to set up. Stock fuel lines will work fine up to a point. A common issue with fuel return has to do with the fuel pressure check valve failing. I don't exactly know the symptom of the failure, but I removed mine from the hangar, advised by Scott at ZShack.
