Subject	Power steering bracket tensioner issues

Message	Im changing my PS, A/C, and Alt belts this weekend for for the life of me cant get the power steering tensioner to loosen at all. Ive watched all videos I can find online and just cant figure out what Im doing wrong. I have loosened the nut on the front of the tensioner and then went underneath to "loosen" or bring the wheel towards the drivers side making it easy to slip the belt on but no luck. Is there anything Im missing?
