Subject	Starter grinding

Message	1991 300zx tt 5 speed Starter would grind every 1 in 10 engine starts. Turn the key to start, grinding noise, turn key back, try again, no grind, car starts. I replaced the starter with a reman from Oreilly auto. Its been 2 weeks no grinding. Today it happened twice right in a row. The car has Z1 street clutch and Z1 flywheel. I inspected all the teeth of the flywheel during the starter change. No damage. Any suggestions? Reman is bad?
