Message After living without AC for 10 years, I finally decided to do some diagnostic work and installed the high/low port adapters and hooked up my manifold gages. (all o-rings were replaced last time the motor was out just in case) I discovered a leak in the condenser, and searched high and low for a replacement. I finally found one in a junkyard in NC, but it was from a 90-93 (R12 design). I installed that along with a new dryer, and drained the compressor of oil per the Z32 wiki....I don't recall if I refilled with new oil or not.

Anyway. The air is still plenty cold despite having a less efficient condenser, but I haven't used it much either. Hopefully this information helps even a little bit.
