Message	They are old lifters, I have a new set on the way. Although I'm not totally convinced its lifters now as they are all pumped up as they should be. I reset the belt today and it hadn't skipped so isn't the timing out.. I'm leaning towards VTC gear gone bad - although turning on the solenoid does not shut it up completely. New VTC is on the way so going to try that next before doing lifters
