There is a brand new one on there , I set it to spec but s few days later it had closed. I counted the teeth and lined up the marks on the belt sprocket, it was as it should be but the belt looked to be four tooth off.. wouldn't run with 4 tooth out though or would it
I'm planning to try some valve lifter clean fluid. The oil inside is Joe Gibbs driven break in oil it said on the back it smokes from the valve covers to promote good ring seal so maybe they have gummed up a lifter.. seems to be coming from the left side valve covers
