When you're doing a really big tear down, so you're going to have lots of nuts, bolts, hoses, etc disassembled, how do you keep track of what goes where? From the work I have done, I know that: sometimes it's obvious, if you've got enough room you can lay some stuff out carefully, and sometimes you can temporarily reinstall stuff (e.g. bolts, washers) after you take something apart to remove it. But other than just sort of doing that, and figuring out what works best for you, are there any tricks or tips you super experienced builders have?
