I recently bought a 1990 2+2 turbo converted 300zx. I noticed the oil pressure was low and the idle was high, so I checked under the car and noticed the dent on the oil pan. I brought it in to a 300zx expert, and he told me once I bang the dent out, I should drill a hole where the pickup is. This will keep the oil flowing, in case the oil pan dents again. Has anyone done this? Has it helped? How would I go about this?
