Message 1. You do not need the narrowbands if you are setup for widebands. You can remove them and plug the bungs.
2. You should add a solid state relay to control your fan. Wire a DPO to the control side of the relay, fused power from the battery to the power side of the relay and then the output of the relay to the fan. You would have to setup a table in the ESP software to control the output based on temperature. You could even get fancy and have it duty cycle the fan based on temperature (i.e. you'd indirectly be controlling the fan speed). One of my friends has done this on his Haltech PNP powered 350Z with upgraded fans.
3. Yes, if you are setup to run MAP, you can delete the MAF. Use MAF Delete Venturis to reduce the space needed under the nosepanel.
4. Yes, PTU is still necessary.
