Message	I recently pulled the dash out to change the heater core. I'm not sure if the consult port was working prior or not but it is not communicating now. I do have power and ground on the port, all fuses checked, About to swap the motor as the one in it has a blown head gasket Not sure what could be the issue but it is not the consult cable/usb connector/datascan software as that is working on other cars
