Where in I threw the book at it and followed every relevant diag with every check coming up as OK like you have. Eventually I had to replace the timing belt for maintenance and it resolved the rough idle / misfire at idle. But it was previously replaced by someone else who I believe installed the belt to the cams/crank just ever so slightly off as to cause the issue.
Have you tried a vacuum test? They're quick, easy, and tell a lot.
