Message You have a '91 NA failing Nox, and you think the EGR needs replacement?..
Have you actually done the Checks to see if the EGR is Functioning?.. A Clogged EGR will pass no or little Exhaust back to the Intake, allowing the Temps to Rise in the Combustion chamber, as the Burn is Hot and Fast.. The Exhaust will contaminate the Intake, causing the burn to be Slower..
The Function of the EGR can be tested by Finding the Vacuum Hose on the Top of the Valve.. Remove that hose at the Sol Valve on the Right Rear side of the Intake Plenum, and hook up a Hand Vacuum Pump.. While the Engine is Idling, cause the EGR valve to Open be Hand Pumping the Vac Pump.. this should cause the engine to Stumble Badly.. ( Because too much Exhaust is leaking into the intake causing a lean mixture ).. If the Engine does not Stumble, then LIKELY you have a Plugged EGR Valve.. Normal Carbon Build up..
If the EGR Caused the Engine to Stumble, then 'We' need to check the Sol Valve that Activated the EGR.. it can be a wiring problem or the Vacuum Hose might be plugged or not routed properly..

Do you have Access to Conzult Software, and a Conzult cable?.. It will help Diagnostic Procedures, of which you will need to get better at, as the Machine gets older..

Also.. what is the Ignition Timing.. was it > 15?.. if so Nox will be on the High Side.. if it was < 15 then that is where we want it..
