Message	Check the condition of the overflow hose AND the clamps to make sure it can suck water back uphill to the neck. My hose was a bit loose at the top and would pass water to the tank but not back. FYI, the tank has a small hole (about 1/4”) above the ‘full’ line and will pour out excess coolant if overfilled. At least my ‘90 does.
