Message	proceeds to transfer the overflow reservoir coolant back to the radiator. Check for leaks from reservoir to radiator. Cap is bad if it cannot seal in the radiator neck when it needs to be. Your cap is working ok under pressure when coolant heats up because you note it transfers water to the reservoir. Is this a recent radiator upgrade? Has the coolant system been completely bled of air? What is the pressure rating of the cap? Maybe it closes too soon during cool down and restricts reverse flow to radiator? ZUL8TR
