Message I had a gauge on the return line and primed the fuel pump to get the pressure up. I didn't notice any leaks. That's why I ask if having it under vacuum (say, at idle) would cause a leak around an o-ring that isn't necessarily there when I was looking. I guess heat from the engine running could affect it too.
Granted, I didn't take it off the car and leak test under water.
I don't think I mentioned it in the original post, but I did check the FPR and damper for leaks in the vacuum line (there were none).
So I'm stuck with either leaking injector o-ring(s) or the tune is off (I don't know enough about the tune that was used or how it could be affected by sensor data. Don't know if it was custom or "off the shelf").

Conversation between my sister and my wife (shortly before we
got married):
Wife: "You know, sometimes I think he loves that Z more than he
does me."
Sister: "He probably does, and as long as you're okay with that,
everything will be fine."
