Message	Re-did all grounds, ran extra straps between every ground and an additional location. Checking continuity at all 4 engine harness ground locations show they are grounded. But when i check the harness at the ECU location pins 50 and 60 still show no ground continuity. Is it possible these pins aren't meant to be grounded without the ECU plugged in or a relay kicking in? Originally started check because the ECU won't enter diagnostics mode.
