Message	The system is charged with refrigerant and has no leaks. Blower and modes operate correctly. Cooling is piss poor and the compressor cycles (which is not supposed to). The problem is that the TCA gets too cold and kills the cooling. Why? The evap is not warming up by the hot cabin air. After 26 years of operating w/o a cabin filter; the evaporator is occluded. Easy fix once evap is in your hand.
