one? Do you have gauges to mic the OD of the crank and the ID of the gear to see how different they are. There is probably a slight press fit for the gear on the crank since both are steel and expand the same when hot so that press fit it not disturbed If the gear is the correct one you could heat it up in the oven to about 300F and it should slip right on with the key in place. If not on all the way then could use the bolt with washer to press all the way home. I have done many removals and press fits of bearings, gears etc with heat and cold in the right places if conditions allow. Most of the time I prefer that over mechanical pressing since if alignment of parts is not right they get ruined in the pressing. It happens.
