The one by the battery. It does not kill my car. The relay by the clutch pedal does of course. I have the FPCU completely removed, running a connection from the harness directly to my Walbro 485, chassis grounded locally. Looking at the FSM wiring diagrams, it looks like pulling the fusible link should still disconnect power to the pump (orange wire). The orange wire feeds from the fusible link, to the fuel pump relay, then out to BOTH FPCU and Fuel Pump. The orange connection splits between the FPCU and Fuel Pump. So even if I have bypassed the FPCU, it should still be the same feed to the pump. Why does this not kill the pump? I am not too worried about it, as the system works fine, but I want to make sure I am not missing anything like a short or a failing relay or something.
