Message	The collets are threaded and pulled into a sleeve by a two sided bolt. The sleeve is of smaller diameter than the chomping side of the collet; causing it to squeeze on to the dowel pin. A larger sleeve goes over the assembly that rests on the block; and with a nut, pulls the chomped pin off the block.
