The click of the solenoid always or sometimes? On mine, the teeth wore out and it started grinding. I replaced it with a couple brands found at AutoZone before I finally got one that works. When I was reading about why so many of the OEM replacement parts didn't work, I read that there were several reasons from the engagement depth of the pinion to the quality of the teeth cut on the pinion, to the incorrect shimming of the starter. I ended up finding a high quality replacement for much less than Nissan pricing, I'll try to dog up the receipt and check the part for part number since I have it out of the car right now
