It's an euro model.It's very bright at night or when it's cold outside,but as soon as heat reaches the clock it starts to dim...It's not dimmed all the time,only when it heats from the sun,it gets so dim that you only see it if you make shade with your hands and look from like 5-10 inches away.It never stopped working tho..
