From what you have said, it sounds like the Bores will need to be Enlarged.. I do not see a way to 'Fix' them. If the Crank is worn tapered, and has a Sleeve on it.. We it might as well be replaced as well.. I'm seeing a New Short block here.. Unless you want to bore this one again, and have the Crank Ground.. or find a different Crank.. Either case, I'm seeing a lot of work and Money back into your project.. Cj
