Message	Yes it's a + Lead.. No it does not need the Ring Term.. Yes you can just Strip it and Jam it into the Bat Pos Clamp.. However.. it must stay clean and Tight.. if it Gets Corrosion, and stops conducting full Power, your Z Quits Running.. Just Saying.. You might want to keep it clean and bright.. so you can check on it now and then.. Cj
