First of check if the currentdraw going through the fuse is sound when its running. If not move the clamp around circuits untill you find the suspect circuit. If the ampdraw seems normal then you have to put it on one circuit at the time and go drive to trip it. If currentdraw went skyhigh on the scope as the fuse blew you are on the right circuit. A circuitbreaker is a good way to save fuses when diagnosing as mentioned.
