They aren't expensive and can cause all sorts of weird issues. FYI, I'm in northern California and when its 105-110 outside, my car will be above 200 with A/C on (I've never seen it above 208). 220 is the mark you don't want to be over.

There's 2 on the hardpipe. One gives a signal to the ECU.
