Subject	engine temp, ignition, IACV question

Message	Nissan datascan is showing 204.8 F. It is 100 degrees outside. Is this within normal temp range? Also, my ignition timing is set at 15 but when i drove the car the timing changed to 21 and took a while to drop down. Is this normal? Lastly, my IACV makes a click sound (sounds like turning on and off) every 10 sec or so which makes my RPM go up and then settle down. Is my IACV bad or something else? I just did a plenum pull to change out some injectors. Sorry if these are dumb questions... dont really know much about cars other than tutorials posted here.
