Message	Pop the drivers side heater pipe off it will create a little more room. Also take to it with a reciprocating saw (I think you call it a Sawzall?) and a bi-metal blade; you can cut cut heaps of the tubing off and remove it which gives you a lot more room to maneuver the actual valve.
