As noted in below thread, on Tuesday afternoon, I returned to my car to find that it would not start. Very healthy, normal-sounding starter engagement, but just wouldn't fire. Fired up just fine after pulling codes the next morning (55) A few suggested possible culprit being the Fuel Pump Control, but after I thought about it for awhile, I'm thinking that even if the FP didn't come on, wouldn't the fuel already in the pressurized system cause it to at least start sputtering to life? Mine did not. As I noted then, it was exactly the same scenario as a total lack of fire... (like an unplugged coil on an old car) Thoughts?
