Subject	Brake and "Lights" Lights are on

Message	Hey guys. I just finished a motor install, car is running great. However I have the Brake and "Lights" light on on the dash constantly when the car is running. I have checked the following: Reservoir has decent looking fluid in it, 2/3 of the way to maximum, added some no change. Brake light relay, put another one in same problem. Alternator is putting out around 14 volts when running. My auto tester says no fault. Checked all connectors to the alternator, they're good. The lights are constant so it's not the JDM tails bulb issue. I did remove the front rotors to resurface them, didnt touch the calipers, left the brake pads in. Any suggestions?
