Message	the plastic panels to gain access to it from the front of the car if you can't open the hatch. Then you should be able to figure something out once you can see what's going on with the latch. Someone may have more knowledge on the lock mechanism but that's what I would do. You might be able to unscrew the hatch from the lock somehow.
