Subject	Rear hatch stuck closed

Message	The latch mechanism on one of my zs is now stuck closed for my rear hatch. It always had an issue closing so one day I decided to slam the hatch down and it latched shut. Ever since then the lever to open it does not work nor does the key allow for the hatch to unlatch and open. Any recommendations?
