I'm still leaning towards it being the chip your running and the injectors. The JWT 555cc chips are set up to work with the purple top 555cc injectors. SpecialtlyZ lists the 555cc and 615cc injectors seperatly in the drop down menu when ordering a chip. This is probably because they use slightly different KConst and Lat values. If your chip is setup for DUAL then the selin needs to be set to AVG. If your chip is setup for SINGLE then the selin needs to be set to ADD. I had no cold start issues when I had the JWT 555cc chip, purple top injectors and single N62 MAF pop combo on my Z. I added a selin translator set to ADD and dual pop chargers w/N62 MAFs to that setup. My Z would start very hard, and did not want to idle. My A/f's were very lean and I could not get it to work so I gave up and ripped the dual setup out. I did not have nistune at the time and no adjustability through software. --------------------- If you remove the dual chargers/selin and go back to single pop, does it start any better?
