Both chips for 615 injectors? Did you car run fine with this setup before? It sounds like the crank enrich tables are off for the injectors being used. If you have good compression, good spark and correct timing then it's either getting to much fuel, or to little fuel. You really need to watch the fuel pressure as your cranking. If it falls off after a few cranks you could, for example, have an issue like a colapsing fuel sock. If its getting to much fuel during cranking at certain temperatures then you will need another chip that has the correct crank enrich table for your injectors. The crank enrich table effect injectors pulsewidth based on temperature and this is where you can adjust to correct your issue.
