Then it Sounds like a Week Spark.. as Fuel is hard to Lite when the Cylinder is cold.. I need to see if there is some way to check the health of the spark.. Have you pulled the Coil Pack and put a plug in it and cranked it cold to see if you get a good Spark?/.. You have replaced the ECU.. so the ECU Spark Drivers for the PTU have been changed.. sounds like to only remaining piece is the Wires and Ground points..
Can you do a Voltage check on the +12 to Ground Wires at a Coil Pack.. that will be the Black wire in the Center.. and the Black outside wire.. ( Except on Cyl 1 ).. you need above 10 Volts during cranking else the Spark will be thinn..
