Message	1) Will this new install Stumble to Life with Starting Fluid? 2) If so, will it stay running? 3) Have you checked the Fuel Pressure During Cranking? The PTU is the Ignition Coil Drivers.. So if its bad, Starting Fluid will have Minimal Effect.. I say Minimal because there is a condition I have run into, where a weak spark will not lite fuel, but it will lite Starting Fluid that will then lite the fuel.. BTDT.. kicked my ass for a while..Different car..
