Message	The car is being worked on so I have no Power Steering. The car leaked fluid from the steering system when I maneuvered the car in the garage, meaning turning the steering wheel with out the engine on. Is there a procedure to use the steering with out the power steering pump? some type of relief valve etc... or the seals or hosed blew?
