Looks like you have a leak at the oil line flare fitting on top of the CHRA. Try to look down from the top to see if the top of the CHRA is wet. If they are new (not rebuilt) CHRA's, you shouldn't have any leakage. Rebuilt turbos, Meh, that's a crapshoot. You can upsize the drain holes in the cartridge during rebuild, that helps prevent frothed oil from backing up in the bearing area and forcing its way into the hot side of the turbo.
