No it wouldn't. If you look at the wiring diagram for the AAC that other wire you haven't tested yet (for continuity) is the wire that goes to the ECU...the ones that tells the AAC what to do. Take the time to test it, its simple though you'll need a long set of tester leads or a long length of wire to reach from the ECU terminal to your tester leads or vice versa. If that tests OK. Pull off your intake pipes and check your throttle bodies and plates, if they're jet black, clean them. Check the throttle plates for smooth operation, no sticking and even open/close. After that, you should really test the ECU power/ground supply, check the engine grounds. Check the wires/pins of the ECU harness and try a different ECU.
