| on the bench outside of the car, the suspension arms ended up being located too high for the spring strut to fit. My spring combo is 24" long and the distance between the upper mount on the body and the lower spring locating hole is 20". In spite of prying down the upright, there wasn't enough room to wrangle the spring assy into position through the ring in the RUCA. Furthermore, if I had installed the spring assy prior to raising the subframe I'd have been excessively loading up the subframe prior to seating it. So I had to loosen everything up in order get the spring shock assy into position.
