describe (fuel coming out of outlet of FPR but with minimal pressure). It would also cause the car to run real rich at idle and low fuel demands. Then when you need more fuel, because of the torn diaphragm, the car goes lean. But you said you have a new FPR, so that's probably not the problem. Do you know anyone with a Z that you could swap FPRs with just to double check that you got a good one? If you have pressure up to the FPR and little to none on the outlet, it just seems like something is amiss with your FPR. I'll just throw everything out there that makes sense with your symptoms, could you have the inlet hooked up to the outlet and vice versa (backwards)? Hope you figure it out.
