Message bank may also be a culprit. I've degreed a number of cams in stock engines, in the process of assisting in engine builds. I've noticed that there can be a variation of +/- 4* in the intake and/or exhaust cams in a totally stock engine. The exact effect of these cam timing variations on A/F ratios is beyond my pay grade. But I know this can result in more or less cam overlap from one bank to another, some cams being advanced, and some being retarded. Most tuners use a tailpipe sniffer or a wide band A/F ratio bung on one side or the other, so they aren't able to measure the ratio from one bank to another. Any idea how the potential difference in cam timing can effect the A/F ratio from bank to bank? TIA
