Message	from the ECU and see if it blinks while car is idling. That would be a good way to verify if the ECU was signaling the injector to fire. Just be sure a low current LED tester is used. If LED remains on all the time, probably a bad ECU. If it blinks, injector is probably stuck open. BTW - Why do you believe the issue is with #4 cylinder?
