Message	the throttle plate cable that connects to the gas pedal? Something bouncing around a bit or loose? When the CC is engaged a 2nd cable operates the throttle plates via an actuator motor and if that cable has no slack — all is smooth. Pull the decorative Nissan cover on the top of the engine (if you have one still installed) and inspect the cable throttle pulleys and connections.
