Message	most spray paint in a spray can like Rustoleum, Krylon, etc are not very durable or as hard as the 2 part epoxy paints that professionals use. Best to find a place that can powder coat your wheels. The only way you can remove the color after that would be to sandblast. Again all this is just my opinion. God Bless !!!
